The pocket's that cover most of his suit are made for Cae dart's "o--<>" , dart's that are lethal when an accurate shot is fired, Perfect for taking out guard's silently at the castle of South Ideitess.

The authorities always attempt to capture and execute him because he is considered an "Rule-Breaker & and a Bad influence on the citizens" by their laws even though civilians enjoy his presence.
