Personality: As stated, Forganad is the big boss of Riiga. He has the final say in anything. What he says, goes. He balances the other two gods to make sure they stick to the rules of wisdom. There isn't much else to say about him besides the fact that he has no tolerance towards divine beings who try to bend the rules.
