I was wondering if I could just create certain plants and trees on spot. Basically, If I am in an area where no one has yet described what type of trees are their, I can name them and describe them type of thing? Also, I have my character on a hunt for a person who he will be killing. It is not a person that is part of the forum, but someone that I just made up. I also made up that he escaped from a prison and that the guard wanted my character to kill him on sight. Is that type of thing ok?

If you would like to describe plants and animals to enhance your story - that's what we're doing, in essence, after all colaboratively telling a story - go right ahead. On the subject of the person you're hunting... if it's part of your story go right ahead.. Just be sure to make an ooc note [marked like this] to inform others in the thread that may want to help you, of the relative power level of the person, monster, animal, what ever. The stars beside each race are intended to help with this. For example, something that's tough for a human (one star) would be easier for a Sirin (two stars), easier again for a Trueblood (four stars) and so on. Several threads have examples of fighting random stuff, so I advise reading more then just your own threads.
