First, as the rules say, you have to wait for your character to accepted. Once it is you can post. Hluff is in Huirnon.  |

Additionally, you need not post directly in Hluff. You can post in the Wilderness of Huirnon and simply state you are near the north, where it snows. There is currently an RP in the Huirnon Wilderness called The Frosty Forest but it's not open. You can start your own thread or join another one that is open to your character and interests you.
