"Uh- Yes sir," Keith said before he ran over to the injured soldier. Keith helped the man to his feet. He was unable to barely walk so the man leant on Keith and began to limp toward the forts general direction.
Before getting very far, Keith turned around towards Scott. "Sir. Do you think there would be more of these creatures on the route to the fort? Because, if so, may I take onbe of the soldiers with us?"

Scott turned to Reminton, first with a face of utter confusion. Then it quickly cleared. "Yes. Yes, of course." He nodded to a soldier who went and accompanied the other two, and Scott and the remaining soldiers headed around the cliff quickly, searching for more.

Keith watched as the others dissapeared around the cliff. "Walk this soldier," Keith said to the accompanying soldier and he took the injured man under his arm and started walking with Keith.
After a little while of walking, just as they walked up the slope out of the valley, Keith turned around. He eyed the area, looking for signs of Scott and the rest of the men, but nothing.
He turned back, "We rest here for... not long."
The soldiers nodded and sat on nearby rocks. Keith took out his canteen and gave some water to the injured man, the other soldier did the same, drinking some water themselves afterwards.

There was a screech and another one of the flying beasts circled something some way off. It was carrying something in its black talons and seemed to be quite distracted, not noticing Keith and the others sitting some way off. No javelins flew through the air. No cries came from behind the cliffs. As the monster vanished behind the stone, everything fell silent.

Keith heard a screech and looked up. He spotted another one of those creatures circling something some way off. "We must keep moving, men." Keith ordered.
"Yes, sir."
They all stood and continued their journey towards the fort. All the while Keith had a very good eye on the creature.

[Upon arrival at the fort, Keith receives orders from the Commander of the fort to return to Lyte. With no sign of Scott returning anytime soon, Keith and the remaining soldiers have no choice but to follow orders. This RP is now over]
